Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Ohio
This National Park has us puzzled. It is in the middle of the city with residential tracts and farmland running through it. The attractions are sub-par; more like a city park. The locals use the streets to commute to work just like in any city. It just doesn't feel like a national park.
